Students and parents/caregivers are required to read and agree to the following policies set-out by Education Queensland and Marsden State High School before student enrolment is accepted:

Enrolment Application

Please ensure all forms are completed and signed by both guardian and student.

• Copy of Birth Certificate
  
• Copy of previous School report card
  
• Proof of address x 2 (e.g. drivers licence, bill, rental slip)
• Copy of Legal or Custody documents if applicable
  

How to submit your application:

In person: Paper copy of our enrolment applications can be collected from our school administration office, please refer to the checklist to ensure all required forms and documents are available as we will not accept incomplete packs.​
